- Since taking over management, Imvelo reduced the average time for the need for operational workarounds from 30.5 days to 3.5 days. Significantly reducing the workload of the operation.
- In 3 out of the 4 P1 incidents, a workaround has been implemented in less than 1 day, enabling operations to restart quickly from a significant technology outage event
