Marny is a chemical engineer with an MBA and 20+years of leadership experience working for global mining and resource companies. She has worked with diverse commodities, colleagues and communities across New Zealand, South Africa, Australia, The Netherlands, Singapore, Canada and is currently based in Arizona, USA.

She is a caring and innovative leader with experience in operations management, HSE, policy implementation, supply, technology, mine rehabilitation and cleantech. Marny was named in the International Women in Mining “Top 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining 2018 Edition.
