Ric brings over 35 years’ experience as Managing Director / CEO / Chair encompassing start-ups, scale-ups, ASX Listed environments and Group CEO roles. As former CEO of METS Ignited, one of 6 industry Growth centres at the core of the Australian Government Innovation policy Ric played a critical role in the strategic development of the METS Sector innovation strategy & successful implementation of a range of innovation initiatives across Australia and internationally.

His corporate career included C suite leadership roles across mining equipment, mineral processing, infrastructure, B2B industrial and FMCG. With an extensive global network, with particular focus in LATAM and hands on experience at start up, scale up, large corporates and VC worlds; Ric is well poised to work with Founders, Boards and Snr executives to ready organisations for capital raise and hyper accelerated growth.
